Classic Strangozzi
This is simply Umbrian through and through. Strangozzi is known as shoelaces because of  it's long and rectangular in shape. Its texture ensure it holds more sauce and is made from hard durum wheat flour. A must for an Umbrian experience. Our Strangozzi is produced by craft traditional methods. A packet is sufficient for 6/7 helpings.
Semolina - hard wheat (durum wheat), water.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place or put in your pasta jar.
