.5 lt DOP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL from the Spoletina valley, an oil extracted from olives from Organic Agriculture (under EC control), hand-picked, crushed with stone mills, processed and cold pressed to maintain it's sweetness, lightness, aroma and flavour. The oil produced does not reach 0.4% of acidity. Excellent on raw seasonings such as salads and vegatables.
