LENTICCHIE CASTELLUCCIO 500 g Lentils of Castelluccio (LENTICCHIE CASTELLUCCIO)
Due to the characteristics of the Castelluccio plateau, these lentils, of unique quality, are distinguished by the various colours of the grains, for their small diameter and for the rounded shape. Rich in iron content, they cook in 15/20 minutes. To taste their particular flavour it is advisable to season them, after cooking, with only a little extra virgin olive oil .
Alternative dressing: prepare a sauté of oil, tomato, garlic and parsley and add it to the lentils at the end of cooking. An packet is sufficient for 6/7 people.
