500 g POLENTA WITH PORCINI (Polenta with porcini mushrooms) Precooked corn flour, enriched with pieces and powder of porcini, is ideal for preparing excellent polenta in five minutes. For both polenta (porcini mushrooms or truffles) the best seasoning is a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and grated fossa pecorino or in flakes. The quantity of a package is enough for 5/6 people.
