Truffle Strangozzi

This is simply Umbrian through and through - with Porcini mushroom added . Strangozzi is known as shoelaces because of  it's long and rectangular in shape. Its texture ensure it holds more sauce and is made from hard durum wheat flour. A must for an Umbrian experience. Our Strangozzi is produced by craft traditional methods. A packet is sufficient for 6/7 helpings.

 
INGREDIENTS
Semolina - hard wheat (durum wheat), water. Summer truffle 1%.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place or put in your pasta jar.
