Umbrian Hot Sauce
(SALSA PICCANTINA): Made with sun dried tomatoes and chilli. 
Sunshine flavour through and through with sundried tomatoes and a little heat from the chilli. This salty soft sauce includes: compote of eggplants, peppers, mushrooms, chilli peppers, artichokes, carrots, celery, salt, parsley, oregano and spice, are excellent on the pasta or on the bruschette (toasted bread).
 
INGREDIENTS
Sun dried tomatoes 60%, sunflower oil, chilli pepper 1%, parsley, salt, oregano, garlic. May contain traces of nuts, celery and milk derivatives.
No Gluten, preservatives or colourings. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and after opening. Keep in the fridge with olive oil.
