This is a delicious sauce for pasta or rice dishes and is made from tomato paste, boar meat, extra-virgin olive oil, red wine, carrots, onion and celery. One small jar of this sauce will season 500 grams of pasta.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and after opening in the fridge with a little olive oil (+4° C and use within 3-4 days).
